Advertisers are the intellectual property of their respective owners and display
of such brand names, products and/or services on the Site or in any AllAboutTheBaby™
marketing material does not indicate endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation by
the trademark owners of/with AllAboutTheBaby™ or the Site.
Personal Information Collected
In order to receive the Free Offers and/or register for a Promotion, users may be required to provide personal information on the applicable registration form that may include, but not be limited to, all or some of the following (collectively, “Personal Information”), the applicable parent’s: (a) correct and verifiable full name; (b) full mailing address; (c) telephone number; (d) e-mail address; (e) date of birth; (f) baby due date; (g) whether this will be the first baby; and (h) any other information requested on the applicable registration form.
Sharing of Personal Information
We use the Personal Information that you supply to personalize your experience with
the Site, facilitate the delivery of Free Offers via email from our Advertisers,
process entry in the Promotion(s) and for verification purposes. The Personal Information
that you submit to AllAboutTheBaby™ remains your property, but by submitting that
Personal Information to AllAboutTheBaby™ you grant AllAboutTheBaby™ the right, subject
to applicable state and federal law, to use that Personal Information for marketing
purposes.
Registrants for the Free Offers may receive e-mail messages marketing commercial products and services from our Advertisers. Registrants for our Promotion(s) may receive e-mail confirming their registration with AllAboutTheBaby™, subsequent entries in other Promotion(s), as well as promotional marketing of commercial products and services.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we reserve the right to share, sell, rent, lease and/or otherwise distribute any and all Personal Information with/to any third-party for any and all uses permitted by this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We also use contact information from your Personal Information, other than your mobile telephone number (except where permitted by applicable law), to send you information about AllAboutTheBaby™ and to keep you informed of our other products and services that may be of interest to you. Please keep in mind, though, that AllAboutTheBaby™ does not control, and is not responsible for, the practices of our third-party advertisers. their offer, product or service to you without requiring that you first complete

Information contained in our database. This deletion will not change or delete Personal
Information which may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided

you directly to change your preferences regarding their use of your Personal Information.
Changes in Privacy Policy
AllAboutTheBaby™ reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any
time by posting a notice on the Site that we are changing our Privacy Policy. If
the manner in which we use personally identifiable information changes, AllAboutTheBaby™
